Development History

We issued 524 million shares and approximately HKD 166 million convertible bonds and acquired equity interests in Changhai Electric Power.

Our proprietary property, Zhongkong Building, officially opened its doors. HING YIP HOLDINGS established its domestic business headquarters within the Guangdong High-Tech Service Zone for Financial Institutions.

Our corporate headquarters is relocated to Wing On Plaza in Hong Kong.

We successfully established Yibaijian Company, which has developed and now operates a smart senior care platform in Nanhai District; this initiative marks our entry into the smart senior care business sector. Additionally, we founded Yueshengke Company and Zhongyan Taike Company to expand our portfolio into financial leasing and park operation services.

We established Sinsing Company to spearhead our foray into the industrial Internet sector, and concurrently, we secured a 49% equity stake in Tiannuo.

HING YIP HOLDINGS announced the opening of its inaugural self-built and self-operated gerocomium, Jiujiang Taoyuan Nursing Home. With this milestone, we officially embark on our journey to establish an institutional senior care business.

We expanded our portfolio by acquiring a 2% equity stake in Tiannuo, thereby entering the civil explosives business sector. Concurrently, our Yueshengke Leasing was rebranded as GreenGold Financial Leasing.

We took on the operation of welfare centres and rehabilitation hospitals. This was further bolstered by adding over 1,000 new beds for seniors.

We unveiled our new strategic plan, which envisions constructing a "1+X" industrial structure. We assumed the operation of public senior care institutions in various towns and sub-districts within Nanhai District, thereby expanding the scale of our senior care business.

We streamlined our top-level governance structure and refined our industrial portfolio, phasing out heavy-asset ventures like industrial parks. This shift allows us to concentrate on the great health and senior care sector.

On October 11, 2024, we marked a significant milestone with the grand opening of the Taoyuan Welfare Centre Apartment for Seniors, which added 700 new beds to our senior care facilities.
